The Human Resources department, in close cooperation with Ferring’s managers, offers development opportunities and supports the learning process for employees, who are considered jointly responsible for their own learning and continuing professional development.
We believe it is essential for employees to have the opportunity to enhance their skills, competencies and knowledge in order to improve their own and Ferring’s performance. With training, education and other development methods, Ferring supports employees’ development plans.
In order to define these needs, Ferring has introduced the “Ferring Dialogue”, which is our performance appraisal tool. This takes place twice a year, and its purpose is to create a mutual understanding between the employee and the direct manager regarding the employee’s responsibilities, performance and development.
